Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Commercial Analytics team as a Consultant. In this role, you will be an integral member of project teams, supporting the development of quantitative analyses and delivering high-quality, client-ready insights. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to address key business questions, contribute to analytical problem-solving, and develop presentations for client engagements.
 

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects and gain exposure to a range of commercial analytics topics while building core consulting and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Functions

  • Support projects focused on sales team design, performance reporting, incentive compensation, and broader commercial analytics initiatives

  • Develop quantitative models and analytical tools (e.g., sales force sizing, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking) to support key business decisions

  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights related to brand performance, promotion effectiveness, and field team strategy

  • Create high-quality, client-ready presentations and clearly communicate methodologies, findings, and recommendations

  • Support client engagements by enhancing and maintaining analytical tools and deliverables, and contributing to key project workstreams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Insights, and other Analytics groups, to deliver integrated solutions

  • Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable modules, and scalable solutions to strengthen Trinity’s offerings

  • Participate in client interactions, including supporting senior team members in meetings and presentations

  • Maintain proactive communication with project teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones

Qualifications

Education: BS, MS, or MBA in a scientific, quantitative, business, or related field

Work Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, forecasting, marketing analytics, or a related area. Experience working with life sciences or healthcare data is preferred

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (required)
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferred
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a plus
Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus

Domain Experience (Preferred): Exposure to commercial analytics topics such as field force sizing and structure, segmentation, targeting, incentive compensation design, or forecasting

Other Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team-based environments

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

  • Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Interest in the life sciences industry and commercialization strategy

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $110,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
