Job Description
As a Membership Supervisor, you’re the connective tissue between our membership strategy and the Customer Experience Advisors who bring it to life every day. You won’t manage a team directly — instead, you’ll train, coach, and support CXAs across multiple sites so they hit capture rate targets and grow our membership base. When you do this well, sites perform better, CXAs grow faster, and members stick around longer.
