Senior Risk Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Management of the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) processes such as Risk Register, Management Controls Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, Risk Dashboards and Reporting templates.
• Promote a risk-aware culture through training, workshops, and internal communications and engagements.
• Support CRO/SVP in the practice and evolution of the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) across Seatrium Group.
• Support CRO/SVP in risk advisory & other ad-hoc assignments.
• Undertake the consolidation, harmonization and reporting of IAF implementation progress, risk exposures and emerging risk trends for Management and Board.
• Regular engagement with stakeholders to build strong professional rapport, including sharing of emerging risk trends as well as industry's best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing large industrial and engineering enterprises with sophisticated operations in multiple geography.
• Professional finance/risk/assurance/audit qualifications preferred.
• Possess 8-12 years of experience in ERM, internal audit, or governance roles. Prior experience in listed company and/or company with multiple geographies is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ISO and COSO ERM Frameworks and 4 Lines of Defence model.
• Passionate in risk management with strong understanding of operational, financial, commercial, strategic and systems risks in large-scale industrial settings.
• Track record in governance and risk control matters, strength in principled engagement, sceptical challenges of premises and positions.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to collaborate and obtain buy-in from business partners, and adaptation of communication styles to the different target audience.
• Competence in MS Office applications and effective with hands-on documentation processing.

Mon - Thu: 8:00am - 5:15pm
Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm
