Positions Available:
- Swimming Instructor starting rate $22.77 - Swim and LSS Instructor; NL or Bronze Cross; SFA and High FIVE (LSS update clinics available for Red Cross Water Safety Instructors)
- Lifeguard starting rate $20.22 - NL and SFA
- Cashier/Slide Attendant starting rate $18.13 - Bronze Cross and SFA
- Deck Supervisor starting rate $24.80 - AST and all requirements of Swimming Instructor
Seasonal Pool Supervisor starting rate $28.68 - AST and all requirements of Deck Supervisor

What is required to work in Oakville Aquatics?
- Required certifications (based on position)
- Demonstrated skill in application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques
- Available to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week
As a condition of employment, please note that successful candidates who are new hires and/or who have not performed in this position previously, and who are under the age of 18 at the time of hire, will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check. Candidates who are 18 years of age and older at the time of hire will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check. All checks must be dated within the last 30 days.
