Review overall SME Banking’s Annual Review (AR) account of the respective SME area in-charge to ensure no overdue recorded
Conduct all AR on a timely basis
Seal the opportunities in growing the ETB customers for additional loans, top up WC lines, refinancing from other Fis and etc
Understand the ETBs’ current financial standings, business plans and to highlight red flags (if any)
To manage CRR rating of all AR accounts
2. Early identification of deteriorating loan/financing/asset to prevent inflow into impairment and if impairment is
unavoidable, CBRM is to work towards minimizing the losses to the Bank via setting an effective strategy
together with the Early Care (EAC)
Evaluation of Watch List (WL) & High Risk (HR) accounts and strategy setting.
Asset classification of accounts which have hit judgmental/obligatory triggers.
Management of WL/HR account jointly with Early Care (EAC).
Raise early alerts to CED & EAC for detection of early warning signs of loan deterioration to allow timely
Review, prevention of loan impairment, damage control e.g. enhancement of collateral arrangement, etc
Education/Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Finance related study
Experience
Experience in banking with strong Credit and Marketing skillsets.
Knowledge in financial analysis, business and industry knowledge, market intelligent, effective communication, credit skill, negotiation, supervisory and managerial skills.
