Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Our Senior Account Managers work alongside Account Directors, client stakeholders, suppliers and other HH Global colleagues to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets.
You’ll be a leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account - managing the tactical components of running the daily business, balancing daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combining vision and reality into effective plans. This role combines pitching and strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for existing clients.
This exciting opportunity is to serve a market leading global client in the healthcare sector and the main areas of spend under management are 2D and 3D Print.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Play a leading role in the delivery of client satisfaction through client liaison and the management of internal resource departments, your client engagement team and external suppliers
Own and resolve issues, quality concerns or corrective actions - influence client thinking to produce outstanding results
Manage the ongoing personal development of your team members through appraisals, one‐to‐one meetings, mentoring and training
Develop effective account growth strategies and manage opportunities for the client, building yearly development plans and managing the overall financial performance and success of the account
Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
Regular MI reporting, production of account relationship plans, risk identification and management
Relationship management with all key stakeholders
Contract review and renewal
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Advanced client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships and across multiple vendors
Strong experience in 2D and 3D print
Knowledge of working with design teams with a good level of technical knowledge
Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members
Has built client success - delivered account planning, client service plans, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, strategic account leadership and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
People Management experience including performance management and team leadership
A proven track record of operational management for client services departments, P+L / budget management and account level financial reporting
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
Fluency in Turkish and English
Essential Criteria
Excellent communication skills – the ability to engage face to face with our client in the location(s) specified and build strong longstanding relationships
Experience within Client Engagement role(s) across a range of the project and spend areas detailed above
Excellent English and Turkish language skills
A strong focus on operational excellence - a highly organised, structured and trustworthy individual that can balance working within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining an excellent level of service delivery
Commercial awareness - experience of working with a supply chain to deliver against committed savings using various commercial methodologies
