Job Title: 2nd Processing General Labor Summary: The 2nd Processing Departments • Chiller Rehang o –rehang chickens 25-30 per minute • Cone lines o hang front halves o clip tenders o trim breast o cut wings o pull tenders some of these positions will use knife or scissors • Cut-up/Cut Wings o Saw Operator cutting meat with a mechanical saw or cutting meat with a knife • Drum debone- o Hang drumsticks, trimming product and or grading
