QA Representative Description Job Functions: • Inspect all poultry in accordance to customer specification • Read temperature recording devices and be able to determine next steps if temps are out of the acceptable range • Use and calibrate thermometers • Determine percent of defect from representative samples • Be fully versed on all SOP’s pertaining to your work area • Be able to work primarily in refrigerated conditions all day • Run select representative samples for examination
