
Domestic Violence Court Advocate
Job Description
This full-time, non-clinical position provides court advocacy services to domestic violence survivors who wish to obtain an Order of Protection under the Illinois Domestic Violence Act (IDVA). May facilitate connection to services by providing trainings and/or offering presentations in the community. Has some administrative responsibilities, which may include training, program development, data gathering and reporting, and/or providing support to other program staff. Works collaboratively with MFS staff and community partners to develop and provide effective programming that meets the changing needs of survivors and their families.
