Estimator

The primary responsibility of the Estimator is to develop accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for new construction projects. This role supports the business development and project delivery teams by preparing detailed bids, managing estimating data, and ensuring estimates reflect Conrad’s capabilities, historical performance, and current market conditions. The Estimator collaborates closely with members of Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to evaluate scope, assess risk, and support successful project execution.
