Equipment Operator - Loader, Water Truck, & Sweeper

Our Equipment Operators play a key role in keeping our operations moving safely and efficiently. This isn’t a “sit and wait” role, it is hands-on, all-in work where your skill and awareness directly impact the success of the site.

In this position, you’ll operate a variety of equipment throughout your shift, including a CAT 980 loader, water truck, and sweeper. You’ll move between machines based on the needs of the operation, keeping things flowing while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

We’re looking for someone who can work with a high level of independence and care. You’ll report to Plant Manager, but day to day, you’re trusted to manage your responsibilities and make good decisions in the moment. Excellent communication skills are key to success.
