MMP Interviewer/Data Abstractor

This full-time position is in the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) Division of HIV Health (DHH) Surveillance Unit. The position will report to the MMP Project Coordinator. Duties include but are not limited to collecting information related to the diagnosis of opportunistic illnesses, provision of preventive therapies, prescription of antiretroviral medications, laboratory results, assessment of adverse events due to medications, and review of health services utilization through chart abstraction. Employees will also perform detailed case investigations on selected HIV-positive individuals through extensive phone interviews as well as home and community field visits.
