Employment Specialist

In this role, you won’t just help people find jobs—you’ll help them rediscover their strengths, overcome barriers, and build lasting careers. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals living with mental health conditions, guiding them through the job search process and supporting them as they succeed in the workplace.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, or related fields. Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is highly desirable.
