Job Description
Job Summary:
Summer interns will be responsible for working on targeted projects and assisting with departmental needs. Summer interns will be responsible for tracking their progress and presenting a summary of their experience to the Senior Leadership Team at the end of their assignment.
Operations:
- The intern will be given work assignments applicable to his/her career development.
- Depending upon the assigned Department, tasks could include some of the following:
- Reviewing documents, matching, performing data entry and filing
- Assist with company events and programs.
- Assist with internal audits.
- Assist in organizing training materials.
- Assist in implementing best practices.
- Prepare and edit written materials and prepare and coordinate communications.
- Provide administrative tasks for the department.
- Perform targeted duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred or currently working towards a degree.
- Working papers when required, per applicable state law.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, judgment, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Strong interest and desire to learn and apply computer applications.
