We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the o9 Demand Planning and IBP Change Lead for AMEA. In this role, you will lead business units through the implementation of the o9 planning system while driving change management to ensure adoption and sustainment.

As part of a multi-year transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking a major program to embrace a state-of-the-art planning system. o9 Solutions is a cloud-based business management platform powering digital transformations of integrated planning and operations.

You will be part of the exciting deployment of the new planning solution (o9) across E2E supply planning, implement the new solution within the AMEA region, and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging your expertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working, and tools across the business—identifying barriers and being an ambassador, role model, and change agent among key users and end user communities.

Purpose of the Role

As the o9 Demand Planning and IBP Change Lead, you will be instrumental in the implementation of the new solution, driving change management across business units in AMEA, and creating the sustainment plan to ensure changes are embraced, adopted, and sustained.

How You Will Contribute

Change Management

· Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management for end-to-end demand planning across the region.

· Work with leaders and users to emphasize the case for change.

· Create localized change plans and support BU implementation leads to execute activities.

· Support BU implementation team to identify and assess change impacts, with follow-up change action plans.

· Plan and support execution of change management interventions including stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments, capability building, and develop a sustainable adoption metrics framework.

· Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders and BU implementation leads.

· Measure, monitor, and report the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

· Drive stakeholder engagement and manage communications to bring visibility.

· Coordinate training efforts across business units.

· Lead AMEA transformation in ways of working for the future demand planning vision—unified view of demand and low touch.

· Provide stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment; drive change with cross-functional partners and key users.

· Solve problems with consideration of sustainable and standardized solutions representing AMEA.

· Participate in various workshops, committees, and cross-functional design sessions.

What You Will Bring

· 10+ years' experience managing change initiatives and/or supply chain planning implementations in a global corporate environment.

· Expertise in Change Management preferred, ideally with experience implementing APS solutions (o9, Kinaxis, OMP, etc.).

· Functional knowledge of commercial and demand planning processes, IBP, and S&OE.

· Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management.

· Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.

· Demonstrated business operation understanding and multi-market working experience.

· Leadership skills and cross-functional orchestrating capability under pressure in a complex matrix team.

· Digital transformation experience, especially with advanced planning solutions.

· Creativity and experience using the latest communication and learning tools.

· Growth mindset and high-speed learner.

· Demonstrated capability of managing complex situations/projects with ambiguity.

· Result-driven with a strong sense of speed of execution to delivery timelines.

· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

· A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

More about this role

Education / Certifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources Management, Communications, or relevant experience.

· Change management certification preferred.
