GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position is responsible for preparing documents for new and renewed loans for consumer, commercial, and real estate loan officers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares new loan documents for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Prepares renewed and modified loan documents for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Uploads all new and renewed loan documents to the mainframe system. Assigns new loan numbers for attorney-prepared loans. Scans and images all loan processing packets to Synergy. Assists in supporting and maintaining the loan document preparation system

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Must provide excellent customer service consistent with Service with HEART standards to all external and internal customers. Must maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information at all times. Represents the bank at community events and in civic organizations. Must consistently meet all department service and quality standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are required. Prefer working knowledge of loan processing policies and procedures.
