About the Role:

 

In this role, you’ll source and manage commercial banking relationships, developing tailored financial solutions that support client success. You’ll be hands-on with every step of account management, from credit analysis to business development, while ensuring adherence to Republic Bank’s lending policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop new business relationships, fostering a true partnership with each client

• Originate, structure, and close commercial loans

• Actively represent Republic Bank in the community, building a reputation for excellence and relationship-building

• Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on credit risk management and ongoing client support

• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through treasury management and other bank products, adding value for clients wherever possible

 

About You:

 

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering businesses and is excited to join a collaborative team. You should have a strong background in commercial lending and relationship management, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, with formal credit training preferred

• Proven skills in business development and portfolio management

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a flat team environment

• A competitive salary range estimated at $175,000 to 190,000 per year for this position. (Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
