The Hungarian branch has been established in 2012 and since then we are growing steadily. Our office is in the center of Budapest, in WestEnd Office Towers. The Sales and Medical Assistant position is a newly established role within our organization, designed to support both the sales and medical teams through administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.

Sales and Medical Assistant

In this role you will be supporting the sales and medical team by handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure efficient execution of commercial and medical activities.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Provided administrative, material, and customer management support to ensure effective operations of Sales and Medical teams

• Planned, prepared, and operated medical congresses and scientific seminars

• Managed HCP contracts, including coordination, documentation, and compliance management

• Supported Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Regulatory Affairs activities across 6 Eastern European countries (HU, RO, CZ, SK, LT, LV)

• Oversaw local SCM operations, including wholesaler forecasting, inventory management, sales reconciliation, and order processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales support or commercial support roles

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Strong communication skills and execution capability

• Ability to support cross-functional collaboration effectively

• Good English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-tasking
