Job Description
The Concierge provides a warm and polished first point of contact for club members and guests, ensuring exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. This role supports reservations for coordination of club services, and guest requests while maintaining smooth communication across all departments. The Concierge works closely with the Yacht Captain, servers, and club operations to synchronize schedules and deliver seamless experiences.
Essential Functions

Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Provide information and warm assistance regarding club amenities, schedules, and local recommendations.

Manage reservations and bookings for resort amenities, restaurants, and group excursions.

Collect payments when required and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate and synchronize schedules with the Yacht Captain, servers, and club operations to ensure smooth execution of cruises and events.

Coordinate shuttle requests and other guest transportation needs.

Respond to messages and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain reservation logs, guest preferences and basic records; update the team members on outstanding requests.

Work diplomatically with all team members and departments to resolve guest issues and meet member expectations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This position operates in a hotel/resort setting. The role routinely uses standard office and reservation equipment such as computers, phones, and tablets. The job involves working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions, depending on club operations, member arrivals, and coordination with yacht activities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require the lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time seasonal position. This role requires forty plus hours per week to include nights, weekends, and holidays. High-season schedules may require additional hours as needed to support guest needs and club operations.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or guest service roles.

Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and basic office equipment.
Preferred Education and Experience

Associates or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private club, or high-end residential concierge environment.

Familiarity with local attractions, dining, and services (or willingness to learn).

Prior experience working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role handling multiple requests simultaneously.
