Sutphen is seeking a warehouse leader to join our team in Dublin, Ohio.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how materials should flow, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and support your team on the floor
- Manage material flow using a Kanban system to keep production moving
- Coach and develop team members while holding high standards for safety and performance
- Troubleshoot issues and keep operations on track
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse experience with prior leadership responsibility preferred
- Familiarity with Kanban or similar inventory systems
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Someone who communicates clearly and keeps the team aligned
