Job Description
This role is office-based in Mexico. The role requires professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the team while fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment. The Team Lead partners closely with the U.S. based leadership and acts as a bridge between management and the team.In addition to partnering with the U.S. based Leadership team on day-to-day operations, the Lead will manage assigned clients to launch Digital campaigns, perform daily and weekly analysis of reporting for active client offers, and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with US Leadership facilitate weekly meetings with team members and U.S. leaders.
Identify, address, or escalate operational blockers impacting team performance.
Support onboarding and integration of new employees.
Reinforce operational standards, policies, and best practices.
Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional development.
Serve as a resource and mentor for team members
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement
Create digital campaigns for assigned clients
Perform data entry and database management duties as needed to maintain the accuracy of client campaigns and related reporting
Take the lead on communications with the client related to Digital programs
Provide additional support to assigned accounts as requested
Research inconsistencies or client questions related to reporting
Examine issues with promotion setups
Process optimization requests from clients
Perform special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example: Data collection projects, research projects)
