Job Description

The Mission: We’re looking for the chronically online. The ones who know a trend is dead before it hits everyone’s feeds. We don't want someone to "manage" our social media; we want someone to make it. Your job is to ensure that when a Philips Personal Health post shows up on a feed, it’s the one thing they don't skip.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Resident Trend-Spotter: You’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground. If there’s a new audio, a POV, or a challenge blowing up, you’re the first to tell us how we can play in that space authentically.
  • Create "Unskippable" Content: You’ll be scripting, filming, and (sometimes) starring in content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. Think lo-fi, high-impact videos that feel native to the platform.
  • Anti-Cringe Guardian: You’ll work with our brand leads to make sure our voice stays "on point." You are the filter that ensures we never sound like a brand trying too hard to be "cool."
  • The "Last Mile" Vibe Check: Help us make our product listings on Blinkit, Amazon, and Nykaa look less like a manual and more like something you’d actually want to buy.
  • Creator Collaborations: You’ll help us find the actual cool creators - not just the ones with the biggest follower counts, but the ones who actually move the needle

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’re a Creator at Heart: You have a personal IG/ YouTube presence (even if it’s just for fun)
  • You Know the "Pulse": You understand the difference between authentic engagement and "corporate cringe"
  • You’re a "Do-er": You don’t wait for a 10-page brief. You see an idea, grab a phone, and try it out
  • The "Great Attitude" Factor: You’re hungry to learn how a global brand operates, but you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo if you think a creative idea is too boring

The Toolkit You Bring:

  • Mobile Editing Skills
  • Platform Fluency: You understand the nuances of different platforms (esp Instagram and YouTube)
  • Visual Eye: You know how to frame a shot and make a product look "aesthetic" without a 5-person production crew
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree, but your "portfolio" (your social feeds or creative projects) matters more to us than your grades

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
