As a Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen), you will:
- Be responsible for the quality, consistency, and productivity of the hotel's cold kitchen
- Developing culinary talent
- Be actively involved in leading the kitchen team and managing daily tasks
- Collaborate with the team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
- Ensure compliance with and enforces hygiene and safety standards
- Be accountable for overall daily kitchen operations
- Be interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
Our most successful Chef de Partie is someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the cold kitchen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Culinary experience in the hot kitchen is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record in training and mentoring
- Flexibility regarding both working hours and requests
