Technical Trainer 1

Job Summary: The Technical Trainer I is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs focused on welding processes and for Caterpillar Support Equipment. This role ensures internal technicians and external customers gain the skills necessary to perform safe, efficient, and high-quality welding repairs and maintenance on Caterpillar Support Equipment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:
