Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintenance Program : Build and maintain aircraft maintenance programs, publication libraries, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and service bulletins within the Maintenance Tracking System.
- Documentation Revisions: Regularly update and manage revisions of aircraft maintenance programs, publications, ADs, and service bulletins from various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Revision Processing: Create and process revision stages using appropriate system functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Update Monitoring: Monitor updates and revisions from various manufacturers and incorporate them into the Maintenance Tracking System as needed.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with operations personnel regarding data or changes in the Maintenance Tracking System.
- Flexible Work Hours: Be prepared to work during odd hours, weekends, or holidays due to time zone differences and coverage needs.
- Special Projects: Take on additional special projects as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Aircraft Avionics Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to research and comprehend various aircraft maintenance publications, including Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, ICA’s, TCDS, etc.
- License: PRC license is preferred but not required.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Pampanga.
- Work Schedule: Must be willing to work weekend shifts and/or rotating shifts as required.
