Thread Roll Operator

We are looking for an experienced Lead Threadroll / Fillet Roll Operator with deep knowledge of machining and forming high‑strength alloys such as MP35N and MP159. This hands‑on leadership role supports daily production, ensures safe and compliant operations, and mentors team members in best practices for machining and processing advanced aerospace materials.

You will play a key role in driving quality, throughput, and continuous improvement in a modern aerospace manufacturing environment.
