Job Description
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
- Perform set-ups and product changes.
- Meet production goals and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations.
- Complete daily logs and reports as required.
- Forklift experience (for forklift positions).
- Make visual inspections of finished tape rolls appearance and quality.
- Sort tape as to scrap, rewind, second line and good rolls and pack in the prescribed manner.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Perform additional duties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Must have excellent attendance
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
