Provide data driven insights and business recommendations on improving profitability and product performance on key consumer banking products. (Product Pillars: Credit Cards, Personal Financing, Auto Finance, Mortgage, Preferred, Wealth Management, Deposits & Fee Income)

Support critical financial impact and assessments on transactions such as relief programs, BNM regulatory revision assessments & impact analysis, Mortgage Legacy Default rate analysis & Accounting treatment revisions & projects (EIR, FRS9 etc)

Key member supporting senior product heads in assessing new business initiatives & strategic investments to meet Consumer bank’s F30 aspirations.

Drive alignment of management & business performance reporting logic across CBPA, GDAI, GT, Group Risk and Group Finance to ensure single source of truth reporting
