PT Donor Outreach Specialist

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to utilize a telephone and computer to retrieve or record donor information
3. Clear speaking voice and effective verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
4. Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as part of a team
5. Must demonstrate a positive approach toward donors and team members, acting in a professional manner at all times
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of Company and donor information

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:

1. Work is generally performed in an office setting
2. Must be able to perform duties which require sitting at desk or workstation for long periods of time, talking on the telephone and using computer to retrieve or input data
3. Must be able to work flexible hours
