Dryer Production Operator, -DOTH

SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is to ensure consistent yeast drying by operating the dryer and all its associated equipment in production operations in the dry yeast department. This position reports directly to the Supervisor, Dry Yeast Department. This position will be responsible for ensuring a quality, consistent product, which meets the needs of the customer, is consistently produced.
This position operates on a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, with 12 hour shifts rotating between day and night shifts. You will be expected to help cover shifts for others on vacation or sick.
