Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Rochester, New Hampshire, United States. This travel assignment starts June 8, 2026 and runs for 8 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in a long-term care setting (LTC – Nursing Home). Weekly pay ranges from $1,786 to $1,832.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, document administration
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition; escalate as needed
- Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; update care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of care and timely communication
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire (in good standing)
- Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Ability to work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift and to perform duties in a LTC environment
