UI/UX Designer II

In this role, you will transform complex educational and behavioral challenges into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that feel seamless and enjoyable to use. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and art to design experiences that directly impact student engagement and learning outcomes. The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and experimentation-driven, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration and user validation. You will be expected to blend creativity with analytical thinking, using research insights and behavioral principles to guide design decisions.
