In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our people agenda by driving recruitment and development initiatives. You will work closely with managers and employees, contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs and propose tailored solutions to support employee growth
Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business needs
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions
Cooperate with external vendors (e.g. training providers, recruitment agencies)
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Support managers in people-related matters, providing HR guidance and best practices
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of People & Culture processes
Requirements
Experience in training design and delivery
Proven experience in talent acquisition
Very good command of English (min. B2/C1) – must have
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
Good organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
