In this role, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms while working closely with internal teams and clients to drive performance and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360 Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI Optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with SEO, display, and social teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices Present campaign insights and performance results to clients Ensure paid search strategies align with broader marketing and business objectives Perform other related duties as required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in paid search / performance marketing Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search) and other search platforms Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions Experience managing campaign budgets and bid strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Google Ads certification (preferred)

2–4 years of experience in paid search / performance marketing Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search) and other search platforms Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions Experience managing campaign budgets and bid strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Google Ads certification (preferred)
