Audit Manager
Job Description
Your typical day will include:
- Leading and overseeing day-to-day operations of audit engagements
- Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements and compliance standards
- Preparing business reports and management letters for clients, highlighting key issues and recommendations
- Managing audit teams, including coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Leading audit engagements and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior client management
- Reviewing reports, memoranda, and other deliverables
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex audit and risk issues
- Collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional client service
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
- 2+ years’ experience as an Audit Manager
- Experience working in a Big 4 audit environment
- Strong technical audit and statutory reporting expertise
- Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proven ability to build effective client relationships
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff and leading audit teams
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand audit, risk advisory issues, and stakeholder needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to positively influence clients, teams, and individuals
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and collaborating across
