Responsibilities:

On-Site Execution & Workflow Adoption

Training & Contractor Enablement

  • Deliver structured training to installers, foremen, QC managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Adapt training style to varying skill levels, languages, and trade backgrounds.
  • Conduct refresher or replacement training when new crews arrive or workflows change.
  • Maintain training attendance records and ensure workforce readiness.

Data Quality & Compliance Oversight

  • Perform daily audits of workflow completion, torque verification accuracy, and QC sign-offs.
  • Identify gaps in data integrity and partner with crews to correct root causes.
  • Monitor device performance, tool calibration status, and user attribution data.
  • Maintain and update job site compliance dashboards.

Issue Resolution & Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot device pairing, connectivity, application usability, and credential issues.
  • Document field issues in the FS Issue Register with clear reproduction steps.
  • Escalate workflow design concerns or complex issues to Deployment Engineering or PMs.
  • Reduce support burden on engineering teams through proactive problem-solving.

Customer & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Participate in daily foreman meetings, site huddles, and weekly project steering sessions.
  • Provide insights on contractor adoption, project risks, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for site leadership regarding workflow expectations and best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedule alignment and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in field operations, construction technology, commissioning, industrial QC, or related technical roles.
  • Experience working directly with contractors or craft labor strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
  • Effective troubleshooting abilities with mobile devices, tools, and software workflows.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical workflows and QC/QA standards.
  • Adaptable to varying customer environments, personalities, and job site cultures.
  • Ability to travel 50–75%, including up to two consecutive weeks on-site per assignment.
  • Ability to work in active industrial or construction environments; PPE-compliant.
  • Must be able to successfully complete all customer-required site compliance checks, including drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet customer access requirements.
