Position Overview


As a Workday Specialist at Europcar, you will play a crucial role in the configuration and
optimization of Workday HCM within an international scope. Your responsibilities will
encompass configuration maintenance, bi-annual updates, end-user support, and the
implementation of new features. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on
our HR Information System landscape and ensure that our Workday platform aligns with our
global business needs.


Responsibilities


As a Workday Specialist [HCM + Compensation] [HCM + Security] [HCM + Loads, Reporting &
Integrations], you will:

  • Be the guardian of Europcar’s Workday Guiding Principles, keeping the Workday

configuration global and aligned to the company strategic needs.

  • Guarantee the reliability and precision of HR data by supervising data migration / EIB

loads, integration, and maintenance procedures within the Workday platform.

  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues promptly.

  • Work closely with HR and various stakeholders to comprehend global and local business

needs and transform them into efficient Workday solutions.

  • Lead the implementation of new Workday features, including testing and training. Stay

up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices to ensure continuous
improvement.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Internal and External Relationships

  • Internal: main interactions with function / country HR representatives, and countries’

leadership teams.

  • External: Workday, Consulting firm involved in the implementation of Workday

Previous Experience

  • More than 3 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and end-user support

in HCM + Compensation and HCM + Loads, Reporting & Integrations

  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, Reporting and is a plus

  • Business school
