Job Description

The Quality Improvement (QI) Manager is a clinically focused leader responsible for operationalizing GLBHC’s quality strategy at the front line of care. This position supports providers, care teams, and site leadership in understanding and meeting clinical quality expectations across payers and programs. The QI Manager serves as a bridge between clinical operations, data/analytics, and health plan partners. The role leads efforts to validate quality measures (UDS, HEDIS, payer-specific measures, and state/federal programs), ensure the accuracy of performance data, and translate health plan rules into clear workflows that work in daily practice.
