Position Brand Description:
The Planner and Buyer role effectively develops and balances the supply/demand of GMP raw materials and/or consumables to ensure 100% availability for clinical and commercial manufacturing campaigns.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Manage for Results /Strategic Planning:
1. Develop a working knowledge of the company’s existing and new products to ensure optimal master schedule stability; order creation, release, rescheduling, and load leveling.
2. Monitor demand in SAP and within GMP controlled documents to project accurate quantity of raw materials and /or consumables for new and existing molecules.
3. Assist in maintenance of ERP System to ensure supply chain visibility.
4. Maintain efficient inventory levels of GMP consumables and/or raw materials by planning and purchasing them as necessary within appropriate ATC guidelines.
5. Maintain and monitor planned scheduling parameters, such as lead times, lot sizes, safety stock for each product within SAP.
6. Establish effective communication and collaborate with customer groups, such as commercial/clinical supply, manufacturing, logistics, quality groups, procurement, and vendors ensuring products on-time delivery.
7. Prepare and assist monthly supply chain metrics (i.e. slow-moving item reports, scrap, etc.) and determine the need to modifications.
8. Collaborate with supply chain network to develop forecasting and timely shipments, as required.
9. Support and abide by applicable Corporate Compliance policies as indicated in the Celltrion Branchburg Handbook, Corporate Integrity Agreement, FDA, CGMP and other policy and procedure documents. All corporate and cGMP compliance training requirements must be met as required and defined.
10. Participate within required Supply Planning and other RMs/Consumables related meetings.
Basic Requirements:
1. 0-3 years’ experience in FDA/ISO industry, working in commercial/clinical manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with planning/procurement process, such as demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes, Bills of Materials, timely deliveries is desirable.
3. Good analytical skills to collect, organize production plan from multiple source systems to identify any potential constraints.
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize on multiple concurrent project initiatives is a must.
5. Must be a team player, self-motivated and collaborate ideas and solutions effectively with management and colleagues.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Applications a must, including the use of Microsoft Excel.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.

This role is exempt and the anticipated compensation for this role is $$64,500 - $104,000.
This is a banded role, and candidates will be placed withing the range based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
