
Corporate Trainer
Job Description
As a Corporate Trainer focused on onboarding, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring new hires have a smooth and successful start during their first 90 days. You’ll travel to various locations to deliver hands-on onboarding experiences that reinforce company standards, operational excellence, and customer service. In addition to supporting new employees, you’ll coach and guide managers on best practices for onboarding their teams, creating a consistent and engaging experience across all sites. This position requires extensive field travel (50% or more) to locations across multiple states and may include occasional weekends based on business needs.
