Essential Functions
- Follow up on preparation and execution of outbound shipments including e-commerce, LTLs, and full truckloads.
- Monitor and reconcile ERP vs WMS transactions and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reserve inventory for shipment orders and inter-organization transfers using system reports such as: Product Needed Report, Replenishment Report, Location Report.
- Confirm specific customer allocation requests and product commitments.

Job Location

Education/Experience/Knowledge
- Bachelors' degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Analyst
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Distribution Center or Warehouse Operations experience
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, Warehouse management Systems (WMS), ERP systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
