- Support and evolve CI/CD pipelines for platform and test & measurement software teams
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to improve engineering velocity and product quality
- Investigate reliability, performance, and infrastructure issues; run targeted experiments and present actionable findings
- Develop tools, scripts, and dashboards for monitoring build health, regression stability, and system performance
- Improve DevOps processes across firmware, application, and system‑level engineering teams
- During the term, you will gain experience in:
- End‑to‑end DevOps practices for an AI‑powered internal product
- CI/CD workflows, build orchestration, and automation strategies for data pipelines
- Infrastructure‑as‑code, containerization, and reproducible internal environments
- Deployment and operation of internally hosted LLM systems
- Secure handling of export‑controlled data and enforcement of per‑source access controls
- Designing observability for distributed systems (metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards)
- Technical communication tools such as documentation, design reviews, and engineering presentations
- Working within a cross‑functional ecosystem involving multiple vendor platforms
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming or scripting fundamentals (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and source‑control workflows
- Strong problem‑solving skills, especially in automation or distributed systems tooling
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with containerization or virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Exposure to infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with data ingestion, ETL, or API integration across systems
- Understanding of monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
- Experience working with documentation platforms such as SharePoint, Jira, or GitHub
