About FASTSIGNS of San Antonio
The Role
You will operate out of our Downtown office with significant time in the field. You will not be micromanaged — and you will not succeed here if you need to be.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and community presence
- Build and manage a pipeline from initial contact through close
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions across our full product line
- Expand share of wallet with targeted existing accounts
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in our CRM
- Collaborate with our production and design team to ensure client expectations are met
- Represent FASTSIGNS at local business and industry events
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a demonstrable record of new business generation
- Self-directed work ethic — you set your schedule, manage your pipeline, and hold yourself accountable
- Confident, professional communicator with strong consultative selling skills
- Comfortable with a commission-weighted compensation structure
- Experience in signage, printing, marketing services, or adjacent industries is a plus, not a requirement
- Familiarity with the San Antonio business community is an advantage

- Base salary + uncapped commission
