Core Responsibilities
Serve as a process guardian when incorporating new business or legal requisites, ensuring the establishment of efficient global processes and implementation of new tools and systems.
Collaborate with IT and business users to address change requests effectively
Engage in exciting projects associated with HR processes across several HR core areas, with a specific focus on employment document processes.
Close collaboration with our Employee Master Data as well as Employee Relations on both global and regional topics
Drive innovation and development for streamlining and automating processes whenever feasible

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training, and project portfolio.
Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be part of a distributed team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.
Do you have what it takes?
Proficient in process work, ideally within a global company setting
3+ years experience of specialist knowledge in Core HR, employment documentation, coupled with proficiency in relevant technology
Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and HR Technology vendors, particularly Workday
A keen attention to detail, coupled with a mindset geared towards legal and compliant process design
Familiarity with agile ways of working
