Director, HR Operations

The Director of HR Operations provides leadership and oversight for Medica’s HR operational function. This role ensures HR services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and at scale while leading and developing a high-performing HR operations team. The Director, HR Operations partners closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs and a strong employee experience. This position reports to the VP of HR Operations & Integrations.
