Job Description

Join Our Team as a Resident Service Coordinator!  As a Resident Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing resident interactions, supporting property management tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents. You will help plan events, conduct property inspections, manage resident files, and assist with communication between residents and leadership at our community.       Compensation and Incentives  Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 -$21.00/hour 20% Rent Discount  Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)  $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)  Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)  Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability  Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match  Generous Paid Time Off: Including 10 Holidays per year and sick leave    Hours & Schedule  Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 5:30PM   Saturday: 10:00AM- 5:00PM *Schedule subject to change based on business needs    What We’ll Expect from You:  3-5 years of related experience or training.  Sales and/or customer service training  Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills  Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools  Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment  Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism    Ready to help enhance the resident experience and grow in your career?
