Job Description

Dans le cadre du développement des activités du site de production basé à Gensac‑la‑Pallue (Charente, 16), nous recrutons un(e) Superviseur embouteillage en CDI.

Rattaché(e) au Manager embouteillage, vos principales missions sont :

  • Piloter et garantir la performance quotidienne des lignes d’embouteillage (Sécurité, Qualité, Coût, Délai, Personnel)
  • Livrer les volumes planifiés en conformité avec les standards Groupe
  • Animer les routines de performance
  • Analyser les écarts, prioriser et déployer les plans d’actions
  • Garantir la fiabilité des indicateurs et du reporting embouteillage
  • Être garant(e) des routines de nettoyage, inspection et entretien des équipements de mise en bouteille
  • Être garant(e) de la disponibilité, de la mise à jour et de la conformité de la documentation opérationnelle, tant sur le terrain que dans l’outil de gestion documentaire du site, conformément aux exigences Groupe
  • Manager, développer et coordonner les équipes d’embouteillage via les chefs d’équipe
  • Piloter les entretiens individuels et le plan de développement des équipes
  • Garantir le respect strict des standards Sécurité, Qualité, Hygiène, Environnement
  • Réaliser et piloter les audits HSE des lignes
  • Contribuer aux routines PDCA Sécurité et Qualité
  • Participer activement au Système de management intégré (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, HACCP)

Profil et compétences recherchées :

Manager de terrain engagé et rigoureux, vous combinez excellence opérationnelle, leadership et sens du collectif. A l’aise dans un environnement industriel exigeant, vous savez piloter la performance tout en développant durablement les compétences et l’autonomie de vos équipes.

  • Formation ingénieur ou équivalent, avec une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans un environnement industriel, incluant le management d’équipes opérationnelles et le pilotage de la performance industrielle
  • Expérience sur un ERP (idéalement SAP)
  • Maitrise des outils du pack office
  • Solides connaissances des équipements d’embouteillage, des méthodes Lean Manufacturing & amélioration continue
  • Solides connaissances des systèmes Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement et HACCP
  • Anglais professionnel requis
