Job details
SSG Training & Consultancy Ltd, are looking for a passionate and professional First Aid Instructor to deliver accredited first aid training courses in line with FAIB standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training organisation and make a real impact by equipping learners with life saving skills.
What you will do
- Deliver First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, and Paediatric First Aid courses.
- Ensure all training meets FAIB standards and awarding body requirements.
- Create an engaging, interactive learning environment.
- Assess learners and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Ensure training equipment is prepared and maintained.
- Represent SSG Training and Consultancy professionally, at all times.
- FAIB First Aid Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
- Teaching / assessing qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
- Up to date First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
