About Qevlar AI

Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.

In just three years, we have:

  • Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech

  • Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense

  • Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence

  • Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and ambitious goals for 2026

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our high-growth team.

This is a strategic role designed for a "Technical Advocate", someone who understands the deep "pain" of the SOC team but thrives in C-level business discussions.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, guiding them through complex security transformations and ensuring they maximise ROI through our solutions.

What You Will Do

You won't just manage a relationship; you will be the primary architect of trust between our autonomous SOC analysts and our customers’ security teams.

Strategic Account Leadership

  • C-Suite and Managers Advisory: Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers.

  • Retention & Growth: Own the end-to-end success lifecycle, driving Net Retention Rate and identifying expansion opportunities.

  • Business Value Alignment: Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that bridge the gap between technical detection tuning and high-level business resilience.

Onboarding & Technical Adoption

  • Execute our onboarding playbook to ensure global organizations are receiving value within the first weeks

  • Partner with client engineers and analysts to streamline log ingestion, integrations, and detection tuning.

Consultative Problem Solving

  • Use a consultative approach to identify gaps in a client’s security posture to drive deep product adoption.

  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" for our Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Who you are

  • Experience: 8+ years of CSM experience in Cybersecurity SaaS

  • Technical Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Security Solutions and SOC workflows.

  • Background: Former experience in SOC organisations is highly valued. You must "know the pain" of the practitioner to effectively present the solution.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Fluent in French and English

Why join us

  • Join a fast-growing AI startup revolutionising cybersecurity 🚀

  • Make a real impact: your work directly improves security teams’ efficiency

  • Work with passionate people: we’re a team of passionate cybersecurity and AI experts

  • Flexible work environment: Remote, hybrid, or in-office, whatever works best for you

  • Career growth opportunities: as we scale, so do the opportunities to take on more responsibility

If you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build the future of cybersecurity together.
