Senior Director Compliance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance professional to lead and rebuild our compliance program from the ground up. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design a best-in-class compliance framework that supports value-based care and Medicare Advantage programs, while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board. This is a high-impact, visible position where your expertise will directly shape the future of compliance, drive organizational integrity, and ensure our continued success in delivering patient-centered care. Must be located or willing to relocate to the Las Vegas, NV area.
